Yoga Flow

An energetic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a continuous flow. No class is the same. All Levels

Yin & Restorative Yoga

A blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga, bringing moderate tension to specific parts of the body, blended with complete relaxation. A slow, gentle practice. All Levels

Yoga & Mindfulness

Traditional Yoga Practise intertwined with Mindfulness. Learn to cultivate mindfulness through Yoga. All Levels

Mindfulness for Beginners

Mindfulness is paying attention, in a particular way, on purpose to the present moment, non-judgementally with compassion. Learn practises that will help you to step out of clock time and into the present moment. A meditative class that alleviates anxiety and stress.

Mindfulness Yoga for Your Body and Mind

What is mindfulness yoga? Well, maybe it is just yoga! Yoga in itself is a practice that teaches us to stop, to be still, to listen in the here and now. In The Mindful Tree’s classes we explore the benefits of yoga to their maximum potential by adding other mindfulness elements to the mix.

Join me, Jenny, for traditional Yoga classes intertwined with Mindfulness from the comfort of your home via Zoom. All of my classes are suitable for beginners but some have a faster pace than others.

You can expect a warm, welcoming and easy-going teaching style. Enjoy yourself as we try new moves and be inspired by how much we can learn about ourselves from not being able to do a pose!
